From 12th - 18th May 2012, I will run solo from Manchester to Paddington via Stoke, Coventry, Neasden, Enfield and Stratford City. 7 days, 300+ miles, 42+ miles a day, 1 goal - to raise as much as I can for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.

Day 1 Final Stop, The Old Mill, Alsager
The relief and then the pain as day 1 finishes. The guy in the red T shirt passed me with about 2 miles to go. Having read the back of my T shirt, he ran me in to the finish pace making for me. He is a star.
